All Souls Natural Burial Ground relies on volunteers to keep its grounds neat and assist with burials. Volunteers meet monthly to maintain the burial ground, and people willing to assist with burials are contacted on an as-needed basis.

Monthly Work Days

Volunteers meet at the burial ground on the second Saturday of each month from 10:00am - 12:00pm to maintain the burial grounds.

Common tasks during these work days include:

  • Removing invasive plants

  • Clearing away deadfall from paths

  • Pruning limbs and vines that overhang paths

Please bring gardening gloves and pruners if you have them. Wear protective, sturdy shoes. Don’t forget to bring bug spray, sunblock, and a water bottle!
